This would be a 4-5 star product if not for the inaccurate pictures and product specs.
I'm using these as replacements for 10W halogen bulbs in 12VAC landscape lighting. To my eyes, they are slightly less bright, and just slightly greener, than the halogens they're replacing. I'm actually reasonably happy with them for this use, and at two for $10 they're a good value -I've ordered more.
However, here's what these bulbs are NOT:
* They are NOT a 20W incandescent equivalent, despite what it says in the product specifications. I'd call them the equivalent of an 8-10W bulb.
* They are NOT the 1.5W 2700K bulbs shown in all four official pictures. They are 1.2W bulbs, as in the title. (I've added a picture of what I actually received.)
(Incidentally, if you can find the 1.5W CREE bulbs pictured, those are really excellent, bright bulbs with a pure-natural white light, and I can easily imagine them being a 20W equivalent. A local store carries them at 4x the price of these.)
I'm using these in step lights, pointing down. This capsule-style bulb with the lens on top seems to work well for that: a lot of light is projected up (er, down), unlike a "tower style" bulb I tried that had most of its LEDs on the sides. Note that the black plastic spacer on the pins slides off if you don't need it. With the spacer removed, these bulbs fit perfectly in my T3 fixtures.
I've just started using these, so can't comment on longevity. I'll update this review after I've had them for a while.

Update July 2013: So far, so good -they're all still working great. They've experienced ~40-90°F temperatures and some heavy rains (in enclosed, but not 100%-watertight, fixtures). (Sadly, seems like they may have been discontinued.)

I bought these as an experiment to replace the xelogen lights in some kitchen puck lights to see how they compare with the original 20 watt lights. First, they do not have the same light output as the 20 watts, maybe half as much. Not bad, just not as bright. Second, they are more 'white' then the more yellow light from the xelogens, so I'm not sure these are really warm white. Not a bad color, just not as warm as I had expected. Last, even though the spec says not dimmable, they work just fine with a PWM type dimmer, like the ones available from LED Wholesalers. They must have an internal voltage regulator because just varying the input voltage from 8-12 volts does not control the brightness very much.Best Deals for Lighting Ever® High End 1.5w G4 LED Bulb, Cree Led
I found these and tried two in outdoor low wattage lights. They're pretty good, though not as good as the Lighting Ever Brightest Mr11 LED Bulb, Gu4.0 Base, 165lm, Flood Beam, Warm White where I've purchased 16. With those, I reduced the wattage from 320 watts to around 32 watts. So of course, I had to add more lights where I wouldn't before. Only installed about 3 weeks, so now the only test is longevity. A problem with those is you must watch out for any fixtures though that have raised screw heads near the socket pin holes. For those sockets, these Lighting EVER High End 1.2W G4 LED Bulb, CREE LED, Omnidirectional bulbs work well as they have a tiny footprint at the pins.Honest reviews on Lighting Ever® High End 1.5w G4 LED Bulb, Cree Led
great they fit the light set i have and give sufficient pathway light was pleasantly surprised as most leds will not fitFind helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Lighting Ever® High End 1.5w G4 LED Bulb, Cree Led
I bought these to replace the halogens in a stairwell chandelier. They were surprisingly bright, though not quite as bright as the halogens they replaced I think those are rated as 140-160 lumens, and these were rated at 100 lumens (I did receive the 1.5w ones, not the 1.2w ones another reviewer received). When I replaced just 2 of the 14 bulbs in the fixture it was relatively difficult to tell them apart with a quick glance. If you looked for them though they were easy to spot because they were slightly whiter and dimmer than the others.
Unfortunately, I was unable to replace all the bulbs as planned when I replace all 14 10w halogens in the chandelier with these, the lights were very dim, flickered a lot, and there was a loud humming coming from the transformer area (not the lights themselves). After a little research I found out that the transformers used for these low-voltage halogen bulbs often require a certain minimum load to function properly. With 2 halogens and 12 LEDs the humming stopped but there was still a somewhat perceptible flicker; with 4 halogens and 10 LEDS it looks stable. Philips claims it has circuitry in some LEDs that eliminates this problem, but these LEDs do not have it.
Ideally, these bulbs would be available in 3w versions so they're as bright as halogens and provide more of a load for the low-voltage transformer so people can replace all their halogens with LEDs, but at this writing I don't see any capsule lights in this form factor with those ratings, just the ones with visible SMT LEDs; hopefully this is something that will be remedied in the future.
