I really like these little candles. I get up very early and don't like to turn on bright lights. These little candles give me some light and are easy to turn on and off.

I bought a pack of these candles (sold by Amazon, LLC) to light my pumpkin. They fit easily in my plastic Halloween pumpkin, however I needed to stack both candles inside to make is bright enough for my liking. The candles don't heat up (I left them on overnight several times), and easily turn on and off. I don't think they are quite as bright as a real flame (but close) and definitely not as bright as a typical nightlight bulb. The cheap Chinese batteries that came with them didn't last very long, so go ahead and buy some good name brand batteries to have on hand when the included ones die.

These are wonderful little flameless votives! They have a soft amber glow and surprisingly realistic flicker. Easy to turn on/off with the push of a button. No need to find something to put them in, they are completely self-contained and ready to use anywhere you want to create a little ambience without worry of fire hazard or falling asleep. Flameless candles are also a safe alternative and smart choice if you have pets, especially cats, like we do. ;)

My six year old hates the dark, even a soft nightlight is not enough. Having one of these by her pillow has been the perfect solution! She can easily and quickly push the button to turn on her own little light it gives her a sense of control over the light in the room. Even if there is a power outage, she knows she has her little light. It's also wonderful for pillow forts and tents! This is a great little addition to tuck in an overnight bag for kids sleepovers!

I love them lined up on the window sill and scattered around the bathroom during a relaxing bath. I use them when giving my kids a calming lavender bubble bath, along with some soothing music, they do the trick for a peaceful bedtime!

There are other companies who sell these on Amazon, but I will only buy from this one (Tiger Direct), at least as long as they offer a wonderful combined shipping rate when I buy more than one.

Nothing looks quite the same as a real candle, but these are a great alternative when you don't want to have any fire or health risk (you can Google, "candle American Lung Association" to learn more). As a lung cancer survivor, I won't use anything but flameless candles ever again.
