I mistakenly order this item. While it is fully functional and I did not expect it to be strobe. Oversight on my part. I ask to return the item and seller was hesitant to receive it without charging an excessive re-stocking fee (which makes no sense since these items were just bubble wrap) They also suggested I keep the item instead of offering a possible exchange or refund.
Like the item, Do not like the seller.
