It lasts longer than you will, IT'S ONLY 1 WATT !!!! But if you need a 1 watt bulb this is it. Absolutely its dim.....thats the point.

I strung 20 of these outside over my patio.
I did not want to draw bugs or use a lot energy.
Very little light and lots of pretty color spots.
Love this product.
At Christmas we will change to red and green bulbs.

i bought this to replace the outside bug light, after installing it, and night time came around I realised it was not bright enough. It is a great product, just not bright enough.
