They packaged my halogen lightbulb in a soft mailer envelope, yes really. So, of course, it arrived shattered. I ended up just throwing my money away. Basically buyer beware

Product arrived in a bubble package labelled as what I had ordered. It was NOT, however a 75-watt long bulb. It was a 100-watt short (box inside labelled Bublrite Q100T3/S). Useless as a replacement. I returned it to Amazon, and lo and behold! It was next-day replaced with an exact duplicate of the first still the wrong bulb. Automation efficiencies can only get you so far. Whoever packaged these was clueless, and once in the system apparently it's too complex a problem to handle.

Update: Bulbrite customer service contacted me and did provide the correct bulbs. So they're a good company in my book, it's just hard to sort out problems when something gets mislabeled.

The bulb came quickly and was appropriately packaged. Over the first month of use it has been completely equivalent to the bulb that it replaced.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I received my bulbs packed in a box, and they were fine. I have only been using the bulb for about 1 1/2 months, but so far so good.
