Consumer Beware! The product description for the LED version of this light is misleading. There is NO umber seedy glass included with the light kit. Without the glass inserts the product looks cheap.

Amazon was great about the return but they need to update their website to reflect the product accurately. I had to go out to the Kichler website to figure out there was no glass.

I bought 5 of these, and they all had the umber glass panels. Been using them for just over a year and they are very stylish and work beautifully. Not sure why the other reviewer did not receive the glass inserts, but I did. It is something you should double check if you order these.

Althought the product description states "the light umber seedy glass enhances the traditional style while providing romantic atmosphere to make it a useful and eye-catching accent to your home.", my two lamps were missing the glass inserts.

I contacted Amazon.com and am was referred to Kichler. Kichler replied promptly. There is no glass. Apparently the picture of the fixture trumps the text of the product description. Kichler feels that Amazon.com needs to fixt the text.

Here is Kichler's reply:

Dear Georgre: (sic)

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

The 49226OZLED fixture is shown on Kichler web site with no glass alongside the 49226OZ incandescent fixture with amber glass.

You could contact Amazon and let them know that the fixture 492260ZLED is sold with no glass.
