This is the third LED lantern I have bought in the past month following a tornado that hit our neighborhood and knocked our power out. I still have all three and have placed them in various areas in the house but the first two I bought were small in size and power (they looked big in the picture on Amazon so don't be fooled). This Supernova 300 Lantern is significantly brighter than the others and light up some of my rooms better than the electric lighting. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would recommend to others. It also shipped and was at my house in a few days. I parting advice to those in the market. Make sure you buy a big lantern like this one. Pay attention to the Lumen rating. I will post any new information if needed but for now I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We lose power in our area during bad storms and got tired of lighting candles every time that happened. We now have 3 of these lanterns. They give off a great deal of light more than I was expecting. We were unable to get one of the lanterns to work and had to return it. I got a refund within 2 days of sending it back. I ordered a replacement and received that 2 days later so customer service is excellent. You will be pleased with this lantern.

Living in wooded mountainous area we are prone to electrical outages [which usually last 8 to 12 hours] and do not favor burning candles. Bought two LED lanterns to replace candles. Some reviewer's complained of low light but the light is very bright. They are shorter than the old kerosene lanterns and can be stored with out worry about flammable liquid. Globe can be removed and hanging the lantern upside down give overhead light comparable to a regular ceiling light. Very Pleased.

We got this light for camping it works great The handle on top was great for the kids it was bright enough the 3 little girls were calm and relaxed walking around at night.
