After a night of charging the flashlight worked perfectly for about 10 minutes and then the battery went dead. I tried several different scenarios of charging and depleteion but to no avail. I contacted the seller who was very prompt in answering my e-mail and they said they needed to know whether it was the battery or the flashlight. At one point when I asked how I would be able to test this they sent a reply that said "Do you have another flashlight with the same fuction? You can use it to test the battery? Or can you borrow one from your friend?". Well, sad to say I didn't have another friend with this flashlight and I wasn't about to put an ad in the newspaper for a friend I could test the flashlight with.
Be that as it may, the seller was very prompt and gracious and ended up sending me an entire new kit. It's been running on one charge now for over a week. It seems to be working fine and is still a great heavy duty product for my inspection purposes.
In conclusion, bad batteries happen and can get shipped out. Electricking took care of their customer and even went a step above by sending out another complete kit without asking me to have to pay to return the old defective one. I'd buy from them again and I would recommend this flahslight. The wide/narrow beam function works great and it's super bright for its size.

I bought about 5 of these after the first one I got. The LED performance and zoomability are great. But best of all is that it work with Li-Ion batteries. It is much brighter with Li-Ion batteries, but even more important is that they keep full charge for months and aren't much affected by cold weather. The best flashlight I've ever found.
