You are definitely getting your moneys worth for these things.
They are pretty much exactly what is advertised, there are no settings and it's either on or off. You cannot pick certain colors but it's not a big deal, they are a great accent when having over guests. We've been using these for a few months now without any issues. The only thing I would change about them is the base, it just appears to be very cheap.
If you are debating this item, it's worth the $15.99 for sure.
