This light is not noticeably brighter than the 10W version. It's well constructed overall but the driver appears to be underpowered and there are several other small annoyances:

* Its white-balance is on the purplish side, and is very unsettling.

* Its LED module has the

* It responds to IR codes that are not its own, so (for example) my other lights' "white" button causes this light to turn blue.

* When dimmed very low, it flickers erratically. Having designed similar systems, I can say that this looks like a software PWM implementation with interrupt priority set too low (or the interrupt routine not blocking other interrupts while it runs).

* This isn't exactly a complaint but I wish i had known before buying that the controller is built into the epoxy-potted power supply unit, which means I cannot fix any of these problems without replacing all of the electronics (I actually bought this intending to tear it down and replace the controller board, but that is not possible without also replacing the power supply, and that increases the cost for the project by too much to be worth doing)

I installed the item above a yard and patio. It survived a few rain storms. The part is very light in weight but seems to be built well. The emitted light colors are very vivid and bright, except for the white light that is not quite white... The product description was very detailed and quite accurate. The light intensity may be a bit lower than specified, but it is very close. The remote controller has to be aimed at the front glass of the projector but it works very well from a distance of some 15 meters (or yards). All together, this is a very nice product for the price!

I ordered 2 20W lights for my salt water fish tank. They do not produce the 1800 lumen light as described. They are barely outputting 400 lumens. Not sufficient for an aquarium.

Also the remote requires line of sight to operate.

They do not remember the last setting when un plugged.

I am returning these back to Amazon for a refund and looking elsewhere...

These 20 watt LED floods are a nice accent to my outdoor lighting specifications. They are fairly strong and will stay on the setting you last had them on when the power to them is turned off. Thats a very big+ PLUS+! Their size makes them easy to hide when lighting up props or holiday deco. They're very nice for uplighting bushes and small trees as well, but don't plan on them reaching up to the top of any large trees. They just aren't strong enough. You will need the 50 watt LED's for that. All in all, good quality so far. I ordered 16 of these and all worked great!

When it shuts off at night. It will not remember the color you had it set to. I bought 6 of the 10 watt lights and they remember what color I programmed them to. They stay that way until I change them. I put these out for holidays so I do not want to get out and change colors every night. You know Red and Green for Christmas, Purple. Red and Gold for Mardi Gras, Red and Purple for Valentines, Green for St. Patty's, Orange for Halloween. I was very disappointed it does not have this feature. Kind of useless to me.
