This light worked perfectly to replace our old under-cabinet light. This light was very easy to install. I really appreciated that this device is a "convertible" unit, meaning you can either plug it into the wall, or install with direct-wire. I opted for the direct-wire install, which with this device was VERY easy to do! The instructions are very clear, straight-forward, and well illustrated.
Now we have nice, bright light in our kitchen again, but this time without the heat!
