I ordered this for my husband as a stocking stuffer. I didn't expect a lot because of the low price but it did cost me almost double that price in shipping costs. We were very disappointed when it didn't work at all. First, the package states batteries are included...there were none. No problem...we placed new working batteries in it and still it would not work. We then re-tested the batteries, put them back in the unit and still it would not work. I e-mailed the company on 12/26/06 and received an automated response that a technical support rep would respond as quickly as possible. It's now January 9th and I still have heard nothing.

I would like to hear something back so we can resolve the issue. Thank you.

I use this while working on computers. Leaves my hands free to work while illuminating the inside of the case. Perfect!

It was cheep and works great. It has 3 light levels and a flashing mode. keeping your hands free. highly recommended.
