These lights are very cool. They blink in 8 different ways and... they worked!..If there is one draw back..very important to know...the string only has a socket on one side (so you can't connect them to each other)...but...we figure it out and they look GREAT!

buyer beware...these are like super-mini mini lights, not your standard miniature lights. I'm returning mine because description only said 'mini-bulbs', which usually means standard miniature lights.

I bought these lights for my stairs indoors and they look really good, nice and bright but, not blinding. There are many different options for the settings but, I prefer the non blinking, normal setting. Good price too and arrived on time. They really look good with my Americana themed Living Room. Great lights!

I bought three strands for the 4th of July "Boat Parade." It starts at 8:00 on the Fourth, then fireworks at 9:00. This was the first year I decorated for it. The lights were a wonderful addition! They really made it. I had several blinking options to choose from, and I picked one that made them blink really quickly. We loved it, and I haven't taken them off, so that if we use the boat at night they look pretty, give us a little more light, and other boats can definitely see us. They're made for a wall plug-in, but I bought a converter to use for the boat and used a 3-outlet plug-in for that, because they won't plug into each other the way Christmas lights do. It says they're recommended for indoor only. They've been rained on once and still work, but I'll take them off before the next rain and save them for next year. They were well worth the money. When they say mini, they do mean mini, though. If I end up getting outdoor ones specifically for the boat, I can use these on a covered area of the deck for the 4th.
