I received a bamboo keyboard and mouse for Christmas, and even though it looks great the keys are difficult to read in low light. I read about this on Amazon and it looked like the solution. When it arrived I was happy to find that the c-clamp was large, padded and easily attached to the keyboard. With a USB port near the keyboard it is great not to depend upon batteries or an outlet. The seven LED lights provide plenty of illumination. All in all, it is an inexpensive solution for those of us who are not touch typist.

I bought this as I work from home and sometimes long hours into the night. The room light can get pretty irritating on my eyes for those hours and I am bill conscious. This light is great so far! It feels and looks sturdy yet flexible and grabs without pinching the USB does not drag down the port and sits pretty comfortable there. Not only is the light bright enough to illuminate my full sized laptop computer keyboard but gives an area of illumination that covers my work phone on one side and my writing implements on the next. Pretty strong light is what I am saying!
