I have been buying and testing all sorts of led bulbs and these were the only choice for 20 fixtures in my new home. They have very realistic color temperature and are only slightly less bright than the halogen versions yet far cooler heatwise and 1/10 the energy consumption.

Chances are good that you won't be replacing anything other than an accent light with these so you don't need MegaLumens. I found these bulbs to be an adequate replacement for the halogen lamps that came with my dining room fixture but you won't be lighting up a room with them.I can't review the dimming capability as I do not have this fixture on a dimmer.
The color of the "White" is perfectly fine by me. It's slightly on the blue side of the spectrum. I would say that the illustration photo of the white colored bulb is accurate.
According to the LED Wholesalers website this bulb consumes 3 watts.
You should know that the bulb is significantly larger than a halogen bulb with the same base. These LED bulbs did not fit in my fixture without a little modification. See the comparison photo I have uploaded that shows a US quarter, a typical G9 Halogen bulb, and this 36 SMD G9 LED. I deducted one star based on the hilarious difference in bulb size over a typical halogen G9.
The size may be a deal breaker for you but for me I greatly prefer converting my 200w fixture into a 12w fixture!

Purchased 5 of these for outdoor lighting boxes. Issues: most of them didn't fit the light fixture bulb socket very securely. They don't "snap" into place and fit tightly, and easily wiggle loose and lose their electrical contact. Upon examination, the bulb base isn't accurately profiled, compared to other G9 bulbs, and therefore doesn't "mate" with the socket precisely. One of the bulbs wouldn't light at all and when wigglying it to try to get it to light it gave me an electrical shock. Even though these bulbs are 110V rated, they have no UL or other safety orgination labeling on them. At $15. a pop, you'd expect better. Best to look elsewhere for this promising technology.Honest reviews on LEDwholesalers Dimmable G9 Base 36 SMD LED Light Bulb, 110 Volt
We got two to replace 40-watt halogens in the drop lights over our kitchen island. Knew these wouldn't be nearly as bright but it's fine as we prefer them as accent lights. The halogens were too bright and in-your-face.. the LEDs are maybe half as bright, comparable to a 15-watt incandescent.Color: Ordered 'warm white' since I hate the cold blueish tint of some LEDs. Compared to the yellow-white of the halogens, I wouldn't call these LEDs 'warm', as they are a perfectly pleasing WHITE color with no other coloration involved. The boxes were marked 'warm white' as ordered. I suspect if you buy the 'white' version you may get a slightly blue tint though I understand they may be a bit brighter.
The Amazon picture of the LED does not represent the actual color of our LEDs.. the pic appears yellowish (about 2700K) whereas the lamps themselves are pure white (probably about 3100K). This is in my preferred range, I stay away from anything with a higher color temp.
Appearance: In our case the bulbs are pointed downward and the topmost part of the fixture is a bit darker due to the bulky base. Not a problem here but that depends on the fixture of course.
G9 Base: One of the bulbs had some trouble staying in the socket tightly.. had to wiggle it a few times before it would make electrical contact. Minor issue at the time but the bulbs have stayed in place in the few weeks we've had them without further issue.
Pros:
Only 3.5 watts each! equivalent to maybe 15w incandescent)
Nice pure white color (no blue or yellow tint)
Cons:
Wide base does block some light on the socket end
G9 plug could be designed to have more positive contact
Overall we are very pleased!
