Unlike the rectangular 10 W LED lights that I purchased from LED wholesalers fulfilled by Amazon, this light could not take reverse polarity. So I reversed it by accident once and the light was dead. While it did work it wasn't very much better than the 10 W rectangular version without that lens and it seemed dimmer.
