I needed a lamp ASAP and this did arrive overnight by paying overnight shippingwhich is extremely reasonable on AMAZON.

The Bulbrite (this lamp) does not compare to this Lightblade.Lightblade 1500 by Lumiy / Diasonic Black LED Desk Light Table Lamp

You can change the brightness and warmth, by using an ipod like circle but the circle does not allow me to turn it off that way so it is frustrating.

I thought this Bulbrite would have a row of lights under the arm, similar to the Lightblade, but it is just one light at the end of the arm, and it does not spread light across my work area like I had hoped. It also does not get as bright as the Lightblade. That may not have been an issue but since I have them side by side I like the options of the Lightblade more.

The body of this unit has a light and cheap plastic feel. Not sure how the $80 price can be justified.

Since the price on this is pretty high, I would expect more from it and so I only give it 3 stars. If it were $25, then I would give it 5 stars.

Just before going to bed, I have this one on by my bedside. It's convenient because of it's touch light capability. In the dark, if you need to reach for light, you simply tap on the base and it lights up. No more trouble finding the switch for the light at dark.

I'm using it as a table lamp in my bedroom, and wanted something sleek, energy efficient, dimmable (nice bright light when full on) I got it all, it's pricey alright, but I'm really happy with my purchase, seems sturdy, couple of cons: the base plastic surface is a fingerprint magnet, but not such a big deal for me, I would have liked the switch lights to be probably blue (they're red), but the switch is nice and very responsive, design wise is very nice looking, swivels nicely, haven't tried out the USB port, but is a nice addition to help unclutter my table and free up an outlet, really satisfied with this lamp

The light is perfect for desktop with a wide variety of positions. The flexibility is impressive! The light is excellent again with flexibility due to the dimmer. The weighted base keeps the lamp stable and the slim profile fits any decor. This lamp sits on the desk top of an antique roll top desk and looks great.
