First I warn you that these are much longer than a standard GU10 bulb, about ½ ¾ of an inch longer in fact (from base to face). I purchased these to use in a ceiling fan that had spotlights and these stick out too far to place the retaining ring on the light fixtures. Any application where a standard halogen GU10 bulb sits flush with a housing, these bulbs are going to stick out of the end or not fit.
That being said they have a very good light output, and while I don't have an ultra-white or brilliant-white to compare to, these are more white than a typical halogen bulb and much more than a standard incandescent. For the price these are definitely worth it.
I didn't notice any flicker or problems with the bulb, and they have been going strong for a couple months now. I will update if there are any issues.
