I own this light. It is plenty powerful enough, however, even with the amber diffuser cap on, it produces a green tint in many incandescent lighting situations. I'm a wedding photographer so I need to do a lot of things "on the fly" as things can happen very quickly at a wedding. Adjusting WB to compensate for green, sure can be frustrating when it's time to get the shot. For the price I would expect a higher quality item. Also if you lose the charger or burn out the battery you will have a really tough time finding either one. All in all, this light works much better outside for night time stuff as opposed to dark reception halls.

Seems to be a solid product and the filters are pretty neat. I read in another review that this torch has a slight green tent but have not yet confirmed that. I would recommend getting the VariZoom Adjustable Swivel Shoe to attach to the light as it doesn't come with anything. Yes it will screw onto a light stand but no pivoting.

I purchased this at a Wppi Road Trip Seminar from Doug Gordon for $325 with show special 20% discount. He list's this product at $429 on his website so you are at the right place to purchase it. Really didn't expect the gouging.

I'll update this review after I use this LED some more and talk about the CTO filter again.

This item came well packaged and works well. Charges fairly quickly and lasts about 2 hours on a charge. The price was much better than other online stores and the customer service was excellent! Still experimenting with it, but so far it's a great investment for my photography business.
